In 2022, my family took a leap of faith: we left the Atlantic coastline behind and relocated to Washingtons Yakima Valley. No relatives waiting, a house we’d never set foot in and the hope to find a place we could call home.

We’ve since fallen deeply in love with everything this region offers—its cascading landscapes, the thrilling wild rapids , world-class wineries aka adult grape juice farms, and above all, the warmth and kindness of the people here. My wife and I have grown to love everything the valley has to offer.

We feel truly blessed to have been welcomed so graciously that we want to give back in any way we can.
